Gardening for Butterflies Part 2

Participate in both or just one of these days (Tuesday and/or Wednesday) as we work in SJPT’s habitat plots created for the Island Marble Butterfly. Our commitment to tending these plots without herbicide means we need to hand-control the weeds in these plots, and that takes lots of hands! You’ll learn lots about the butterfly, current management strategies, and results of some of the fascinating research currently underway on this highly endemic and rare species.

This is a two-day event. Come for one or both days. Meet at 10am on both days at Red Mill Farm, 290 Valley Farms Rd, Friday Harbor, WA 98250.
